Init Pals is a multi technology blogging portal for the developers, by the developers. The primary objective of Init Pals is to motivate the fellow developers to start sharing their experience with outside world.

Exactly 6 years before, I started blogging at ashokraja.me and in next 5 months, sharepointpals.com, a popular multi author blogging portal for SharePoint and SharePoint related content was started with the strong support and motivation from couple of friends.

In a short span of time, we are able to create a mark in SharePoint space and one of our SharePoint Pals author and my friend, Sathish Nadarajan was recognised as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for SharePoint (Office Servers and Services), based on his contribution to the user community, with his quality articles in SharePoint Pals. I would like to repeat this success with multiple authors in Init Pals and looking forward for your help and motivation. As always, we would remain focused on, to provide quality and relevant content, solutions to practical coding issues and code samples.
